My journey began in my youth with various sports. I have always enjoyed being active and challenging myself in disciplines that promote concentration and commitment.
After many years of martial arts training, I discovered Pilates. It immediately fascinated me.
While teaching classes for women during and after pregnancy, I began to integrate the Pilates method more deeply into my work and today I offer various courses for this purpose.
I believe Pilates is for everyone, for every body.
I look forward to guiding you through a lesson after which you will feel balanced, centered, and strong.
