What ist pilates?

Pilates is suitable for anyone who wants to improve posture and increase flexibility.Each Pilates session combines strength exercises, stretching, and conscious breathing, targeting the deep muscle groups of the torso and pelvic floor.

*HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training. It is a training method that alternates between short, intense periods of exertion and brief recovery phases or low-intensity exercises—in this case, Pilates exercises.
The idea is to challenge your body to its maximum for a short duration, followed by active recovery, before starting the next intense round.
This form of training is highly efficient and popular because it can achieve the same or even better results in less time than longer, steady-state workout sessions.
